Mourning ..

He knew me from when I was a baby boy. He was the elder brother I never had. I would take his cycle when he came to deliver milk and I would do the so called monkey pedal. No one spoke to me as he did. He taught me to ride a cycle. He gave me confidence. He always encouraged me even when I would fall and get cut. The cycle would be in a bad shape. He never ever not even once said anything or looked down at me. I learnt to ride a bike using his Hero Puch. He had many times had to repair his cycle and bike because of my stupidity as a kid. He taught me to be athletic. He talked about Stamina as a key aspect of health. I took so much from him and never gave anything back. The only person who never scolded me or even stared me down in my life. He died today and I am at a loss I can't understand. I have always been hard hearted but today I could not. The one brother who moulded me silently without any hype or return is gone. I didnt know what I could tell his mother and Father or his sister's who cried beside his body. Tears rolled without any warning. I broke down seeing his body lay in a coffin. The elder brother I had is gone. I couldn't see him when he was in his death bed and say a prayer. I never did anything for him. Now I mourn his loss and reflect back on all the instances he was with me. I can never get a Livingston again in my life on earth. RIP my bro and I hope to meet you again in the after life.

Secret coming of Jesus Christ – The trumpet sounds

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Born in a Christian family and raised in Christian fellowship, I have been deaf and blind to the Gospel and how we need to lead our lives in this world.  

I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the Secret coming of Jesus Christ. Why we should be ready for the secret coming ? Why is Christ coming in secret once before judgement day ? What is the difference between second coming and the secret coming of Christ ? Most of you might already know but what are we doing about this knowledge and truth? 

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 7

“And he said: "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3

Today’s world even children are being deceived in to sin through internet, television and cartoons. Arrogance and disobedience is in every household. We have also become stubborn and forget what Jesus wants from us in this life and what He has for us in the afterlife.

What is second coming of Jesus Christ?

The Second coming of our Lord is what we know as Judgement day which happens after 7 years of terrible tribulations. Anti-Christ will show himself as God. There can be no comparison of the tribulations. 

“Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.” II Thessalonians 2

“He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. “Daniel 9:27

“So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. 19 How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20 Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. “Matthew 24 

"But woe to the earth and the sea,

    because the devil has gone down to you!
He is filled with fury,
    because he knows that his time is short.” Rev 12:12

What is the secret coming? Why in secret?

“They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them.  “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” Acts 1:10, 11

Not many knew Jesus will be resurrected on the third day after his crucifixion and He went back to heaven to be seated on the right hand of God Almighty.

Lord God knows how hard it must be to believe what is unseen and he acknowledged that long ago. He has greater regard for us believers that He wants to share His glory with us. We who are just dust yet by His grace we receive these blessings.

Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29

“Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.” John 17:24

“My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” John 14:2, 3

There is nothing secret about this since every detail is written in the scriptures. Secret because the timing is unknown. When will this happen? No one knows except the Almighty Father.

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father Matthew 24:36

But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 33 Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come Mark 13: 32, 33“

How will it be on that day?

 Then he said to his disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.  People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. For the Son of Man in his day^[d] will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other.

“It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. ³¹ On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.  Remember Lot’s wife! Whoever tries to keep their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it.  I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.” Luke 17

What happens at this time?

“Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.  For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.  According to the Lord’s word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep.  For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.  After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.”

What is needed?

We need the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We need the gift of tongues to praise God in the spirit in unknown language. We need the fire anointing. We need to hold on to him. Amidst all the chaos, only the spirit of the Lord can guide us and save us. The one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

“Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumours of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains. 9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. 10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” Mathew 24:4-14

“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” Romans 8:11

“I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed” I Corinthians 15:50, 51

The Holy Spirit will transform us and raise us to be with Christ.

Back to business

Total mayhem as it always is if you do not plan. The question of staying in Dubai for 12 hours ended up with a 12 hr wait in bangalore airport, Thanks to a US holiday on Oct 14th - Columbus day .. never knew that.
       Interestingly, I had an incident with an outsider telling me to flaunt that i am an infoscion. It happened in Trivandrum airport on an Indigo airlines check in counter. A lady at the counter asked me to pay for carrying 5 kg extra on my check in luggage. I tried in vain explaining her it was an international travel booking. After 5 mins I ended up saying my travel agent and my company booked this itinerary. She was not very amused by that answer and asked who is my employer. I said Infosys in a hushed voice. She got excited .. i was confused .. out of nowhere she changed to "sir you should have told me you work for Infosys" .. Totally lost I said .. should I ? she explained Infoscions can check in 46 kgs on Indigo airlines.
       Heading to kansas city now .. back to business. 

System called Life !!

The word 'Priority'. Everything in life has a priority on every one's mind. Never the same. Be it personal or work everything needs to be prioritized. It is a venomous demon because it is associated to time. Time is the biggest killer in the world. It kills every second of everyones life. We can just gaze at every moment passing by knowing it is lost forever. Nothing in a moment can be changed after it is past. All we have when we enter this world is time. We are born with just 'time - unknown time' to live in this world. We die when the unknown time is out.

In all this mayhem there are priorities of other people thrust on to some people's lives. Culture defines this in a way no one can ever understand. We know time is precious and yet we run the race spending time for nothing and die when it runs out. We die and take nothing with us from this world. We run the race to raise a race and leave behind our gains and losses to someone else.

I often think about the system of life in wonder and awe. Even if you know the truth you can stop none. The world continues to spin.  

Sweet times ain't gonna come back !!!

I was watching the movie 'Dazed and confused' which revolves around the last day in Senior high school in US and my thoughts just flew past in times back to the very sweet times in life 'College life'.
It is just one time for everyone in life which they always remember and look back in every walk of life. Good, bad, amazing, worst and trivial memories. The transformation from the teen to the youth. Wow, I thank God that I was privileged to attend college and thus have the Sweet times to cherish.
One can never forget their batch in College which they always stand for or sometimes despise. Mine was the 2001 to 2005 batch in Sathyabama Engg College.
Legend has it that it is the worst campus to attend college. Well, I got some news for you folks. I was there just during the time 2001 to 05 and it just was exciting and terrific enough for a guy that age, everyday. Sweet times ain't gonna come back, yet it is still fresh in the memories that each of us in that batch hold in our hearts. It is so irresistible to narrate a few episodes from the memories. We 'll see.

Here i begin

Finally, after just thinking of blogging for years and doing nothing....here i am starting to write. Just another memory of a time.

I am at office in the US working on an installation of some work we did for 3 months. I have this break time when other folks have to complete their job for my next task in installing stuff to be in place.

I wish to write more in the time to come!!! The world will come to an end ....God only knows if it was before my end!!!
